Nouveau Global Ventures has informed that pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Board of Directors, Designated Persons and their Immediate relatives, with effect from Thursday, 2nd July, 2020 till forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of Unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020. Further, the trading window closure period for the fourth quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2020 is still continuing as the Board of Directors will consider the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended on 31st March 2020 before the due date as extended by SEBI on or before 31st July, 2020. The date of Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Statements/Results for the 4th quarter and year ended on 31st March,2020 and Un-audited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended on 30th June 2020, shall be intimated separately in due course.
