Emami Realty gains on pre-redeeming bonds of Rs 600 crore

Emami Realty is currently trading at Rs. 35.25, up by 0.30 points or 0.86% from its previous closing of Rs. 34.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 35.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 35.25 and Rs. 35.25 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 82.80 on 30-Jan-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 22.60 on 12-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 38.95 and Rs. 34.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 100.44 crore.

Emami Realty has pre-redeemed 600 nos. of privately placed Unlisted Senior Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Bonds on July 15, 2020 of Rs 1,00,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 600 crore being held by J.P Morga Securities Asia.
