Further, pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016, dated 27th May, 2016, the Company, hereby declares that the Statutory Auditors, S.S. Kothari Mehta & Co, Chartered Accountants, have issued the Audit Reports with modified opinion on the aforesaid Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company. In this regard, the Statement on Impact of Audit Qualification for both Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results is attached herewith.
