Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported results for first quarter ended June 30, 2020.
The company has reported net loss of Rs 12.08 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 9.68 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased 88.72% at Rs 11.18 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 99.09 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss at Rs 20.50 crore for the quarter under review as against net profit of Rs 13.11 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 81.64% at Rs 22.09 crore for Q1FY21 as compared Rs 120.30 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
