RDB Rasayans has informed that pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company enclosed the newspaper advertisements for transfer of Equity shares of the Company to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Authority. The advertisements appeared in all editions of Financial Express (English Newspaper) and Duranta Barta (Bengali Newspaper). Also enclosed a copy of the notice dated which has been duly sent to the concerned shareholders for the necessary action.
