The said financial results together with limited review report of the Statutory Auditors of the Company thereon and the newspaper publications issued by the Company are enclosed and appointment of Sanjay Grover & Associates, practicing company secretaries as secretarial auditor for FY 2020-21 ending on 31st March, 2021 . The meeting of the Board commenced at 11.00 am and concluded at 13.50 pm.
