BL Kashyap & Sons has informed that in compliance with the requirements of Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, as amended to date, the Company has sent communication to all concerned shareholders whose dividend remain unclaimed and unpaid for seven consecutive years from the date it became due for payment, requesting them to encash the same on or before 26th October, 2020, failing which the underlying shares of such unclaimed dividends shall be transferred to the Demat Account of Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF), immediately after 26th October, 2020. The company has enclosed copy of the notice published in Financial Express & Jansatta on August 05, 2020, pertaining to transfer of the said equity shares to IEPF.
