KPI Global inches up on receiving sanction letters worth Rs 107.50 crore from PFC

KPI Global Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 54.95, up by 0.15 points or 0.27% from its previous closing of Rs. 54.80 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 52.35 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 56.20 and Rs. 52.35 respectively. So far 16000 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 62.95 on 12-Sep-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 20.50 on 03-Jun-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 56.20 and Rs. 44.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 99.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 51.47%, while Non-Institutions held 48.53% stake in the company.

KPI Global Infrastructure has received two sanction letters worth Rs 107.50 crore from Power Finance Corporation (PFC), New Delhi. The company has received first Financial Assistance of Rs 31.50 crore towards refinancing of the entire existing 15 MW Solar Power Project which has been earlier financed by State Bank of India. It also received another Financial Assistance of Rs 76 crore towards setting up of new 20 MW Solar power project at Bharuch, Gujarat.

KPI Global Infrastructure is a solar power generating company focused on providing solar power, both as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) under the brand name of ‘Solarism’ and as service provider to Captive Power Producer (CPP) customers.
