Shah Foods has informed that 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Members of Shah Foods will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at 12:00 noon through Video Conference (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) for which purpose the Registered Office of the Company situated at Block No. 453/1, Chhatral, Kalol-Mehsana Highway, Taluka- Kalol, Gandhinagar - 382729 shall be deemed as the venue for the Meeting and the proceedings of the AGM shall be deemed to be made thereat to transact the businesses, as set out in the Notice convening AGM. The Register of members and Transfer Book will remain close from, Wednesday, September 23, 2020 to Tuesday, September 29, 2020. The cut-off date for e-voting is Tuesday, September 22, 2020. E-voting for the purpose of AGM shall be activated from Saturday, September 26, 2020 (9.00 am IST) to Monday, September 28, 2020 (5.00 pm IST).
