Mafatlal Industries has received in-principle approval for Amalgamation of Mafatlal Denim (an unlisted Group Company) and Mishapar Investments, a wholly owned Subsidiary with itself with effect from April 01, 2012, subject to finalization of the share exchange ratio and the Scheme of Amalgamation by the Board and such further approvals and process as may be required in the matter.
The board at its meeting held on October 10, 2012 has approved the same.
