Adani Enterprises has acquired 5,100 (51%) Equity Shares of Rs 10 each of Adani Chendipada Mining (ACMPL) from ACB (India) on August 24, 2020, making it a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. ACMPL is engaged in mining of minerals & ores activities and other allied activities in any part of India or elsewhere.
