Terai Tea Company has decided to sale/dispose of one of tea processing unit namely ‘Karjeepara Tea Factory’ situated at Dist. Jalpaiguri. The land, building, structure, Plant and Machinery of the said Karjeepara Tea Factory shall be disposed of to a willing buyer. For this purpose the Board has authorized the Managing Director, Director, executive Directors and CFO to carry out the proposal of disposal.
