Shree Global Tradefin has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 10th September, 2020, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2020. Further to notice dated 30th June, 2020 relating to intimation of Closure of Trading Window, Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of Shree Global Tradefin shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives until 12th September, 2020, 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2020. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected Persons/ Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
