Pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, Zenith Exports has informed that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 23rd September, 2020 to Tuesday, 29th September, 2020 for taking record of Members of the Company for the purpose of 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) which is scheduled to be held on 29th September, 2020. Further, note that members, whose names will appear in the Register of Members as on the cut-off date (Tuesday, 22nd September, 2020) shall be entitled to avail the facility of remote e-voting before the AGM or e-voting during the AGM.
