PM Telelinks has informed that the members of the Company has approved all the resolutions bearing item no. 1 to 5 contained in the Notice of 40th Annual General Meeting of the Company with requisite majority. The Company had appointed Kushbu Vijayvargi, partner M&K Associates, Company Secretaries as the Scrutinizer for remote e-voting and through e-voting at the AGM. The Scrutinizer has submitted his report on 30th September, 2020. In this connection the company has enclosed the consolidated results of the remote e-voting at the meeting in the format prescribed together with the Scrutinizer's Report. On the basis of the report received from the Scrutinizer, the Company has declared that the Resolutions set out in the notice of 40th AGM were passed with requisite majority in favour of the Resolutions.
