Brahmaputra Infrastructure has informed that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and BSE circular LIST/COMP/01/2019-20, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all Directors, Designated Persons and connected persons with effective from 08th October 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended on 30th September, 2020. The date of the board meeting at which the said results will be considered shall be intimated separately.
