KM Sugar Mills is going to acquire additional 80.18% stake in Sonar Casting. With this acquisition, the total holding of the company in the equity shares of Sonar Casting shall be increased from 19.82% to 100%. Consequently, Sonar Casting shall become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the company. The process of said acquisition will be completed on October 20, 2020.

KM Sugar Mills manufactures and sells sugar products. The company also operates a distillery that manufactures rectified spirit, ethanol, extra neutral alcohol, and bio fertilizers.
