DCB Bank has informed that S. Sridhar (DIN 00004272) and C. Narasimhan (DIN 02133263), Independent Directors of the Bank, have ceased to be Directors of the Bank from closing of business hours on October 11, 2020, after completing the term of eight consecutive years (the maximum permissible term as per the provisions of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949). Take note of the above change in directorate of the Bank in compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations, if any, of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
