Raymond has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on November 10, 2020, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Half Year ended September 30, 2020 (the Financial Results). Further, in accordance with Raymond’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading (Code) read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed and will re-open 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results. The closure of Trading Window has been informed to the Designated Persons covered by the Code.
