UFO Moviez India’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Scrabble Entertainment (SEL) has received approval from board of directors for investment of up to Rs 8 crore by way of equity and/or non-cumulative optionally convertible redeemable preference shares and/or any other instruments, over a period of up to two years in Mumbai Movie Studios (MMSPL).

UFO Moviez India was incorporated as ‘Valuable Media’. The company is India’s largest digital cinema distribution network and in-cinema advertising platform (in terms of numbers of screens).
