Minaxi Textiles has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company was held today i.e. on 23rd day of October, 2020, at 10:30 am to take note of Closure of Register of Members and Share Transfer Books, to finalize the record date and to fix the date for holding of Annual General Meeting. The company has fixed Tuesday, 01st December, 2020 as record date for the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
