Brahmaputra Infrastructure has informed that, with reference to the Postal Ballot Notice dated September 22, 2020 wherein the following resolution was proposed to be passed by way of postal ballot through e-voting: Reclassification of Suresh Kumar Prithani from Promoter and Promoter Group category to Public category (Ordinary Resolution); Reclassification of Suresh Kumar Prithani & HUF from Promoter and Promoter Group category to Public category (Ordinary Resolution); and Reclassification of Shobna Prithani from Promoter and Promoter Group category to Public category (Ordinary Resolution). The all three resolutions have been passed with requisite majority.
