With reference to letter/ clarification sought on 23rd October, 2020 on price movement, FAZE Three Autofab has clarified that the Company makes prompt disclosures of all the events, information etc. which are material and which have a bearing on the operations of the Company which include all types of price sensitive information. The Company has a proper mechanism and a policy on disclosure of any such material event in line with the applicable regulations. The Company further clarified that, presently the company is not having any such material information which requires disclosure as stated above. The Company is therefore not aware of any justification or reason behind significant movement in price of equity shares of the company in the recent period.
