Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, Asian Hotels (East) has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 10th November, 2020 to consider & approve segment wise unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter (Q2) and half year ended 30th September, 2020 and Limited Review Report thereon. Further, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per Company’s Code of Conduct and Code of Fair Disclosure, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company has already been closed from 1st October, 2020 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter (Q2) and half year ended 30th September, 2020 for the Connected Person, Designated Person, Promoter and member of the Promoter Group.
