Page Industries has informed that the board of directors will consider declaration of 1st interim dividend to the Equity Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year 2020-21 in the Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 12th November 2020. The Company further informed that in case the said interim dividend is declared by the Board, the Record Date for the purpose of payment of the dividend will be 21st November 2020.
