Bombay Rayon Fashions has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with BRFL Textiles, the wholly owned subsidiary of the company, for the slump sale of the company’s Tarapur Undertaking on November 20, 2020. The completion of the business transfer under the aforementioned agreements is subject to certain closing conditions.

Bombay Rayon Fashions (BRFL) is engaged into manufacturing of fabrics and apparels. BRFL manufactures one of the most versatile and technically advanced fabrics and apparels in India. Presently, the company is the largest shirt manufacturer in India.
