Raymond surges as its arm enters into agreement to divest entire stake in DMAPL

Raymond is currently trading at Rs. 327.15, up by 5.15 points or 1.60% from its previous closing of Rs. 322.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 322.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 328.40 and Rs. 322.55 respectively. So far 4436 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 727.60 on 03-Dec-2019 and a 52 week low of Rs. 209.50 on 30-Mar-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 328.85 and Rs. 313.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 2143.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 48.27%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 10.75% and 40.99% respectively.

Raymond’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Silver Spark Apparel (SSAL) has entered into a ‘Share Transfer Agreement’ for divestment of its entire stake in Dress Master Apparel (DMAPL), wholly owned subsidiary of SSAL. Accordingly, SSAL, on completion of conditions set forth in the Share Transfer Agreement, will divest its entire stake in DMAPL.
