Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients rises on getting environment clearance from GPCB

Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients is currently trading at Rs. 127.70, up by 5.70 points or 4.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 122.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 125.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 128.00 and Rs. 125.00 respectively.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 152.75 and a 52 week low of Rs. 38.75.

 The current market cap of the company is Rs. 637.05 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 64.27%, while non-institutional held 35.73% stake in the company.

Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients has received environment clearance from Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB). The environment clearance is for setting-up a plant in Dahej SEZ wherein the company intends to manufacture 300 metric tonnes per month of Synthetic Water Soluble Food Colours and 60 metric tonnes of Synthetic Food grade lakes.
