Sunteck Realty has launched its new project ‘Sunteck City’ on October 19, 2012. Sunteck City is an integrated development project strategically located in Goregaon West, Mumbai. The project is spread over an expanse of more than 20-acres of land. The launch of Sunteck City marks the commencement of Phase-1 of the entire project spread across 3 Towers.
The company has tied-up with Walt Disney to create ‘Disney inspired Living’. The Project is being developed by a wholly owned subsidiary of Sunteck Realty.
Sunteck Realty has over 35 million square feet of city centric developments across 27 projects and 4 rented assets. Of these developments, more than 80% are premium luxury residential with balance being commercial spaces.
