UFO Moviez India has informed that as per the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report trading by Designated Persons, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons of the Company and/or their immediate relatives will remain closed from Monday, December 21, 2020 with immediate effect. The closure of trading window is in connection with the adoption of business of theatrical distribution of films which to be considered in the ensuing Board meeting of the Company. The trading window shall open 48 hours after the information in respect of the above event is made public.
