Artson Engineering has informed that, in Compliance with the ‘Tata Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices’ (the Code), and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is closed for all the ‘Designates’ and ‘Insiders’ from 22nd December 2020 till two days after the public announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results (UFR) of the Company for the third quarter ending on 31st December 2020. All the Directors/ other designated persons, their relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period.
