Nimbus Projects has informed that as per the Company's Insider Trading-Code of Conduct, framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) read with BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 Dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window shall remain closed from January 01, 2021 to till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the Standalone and Consolidated Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2020. The Trading Window shall open after 48 hours of declaration of the said results. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2020 will be intimated in due course. Accordingly, trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all designated person & Insiders as per insiders trading code of the Company during the stated period.
