Ledo Tea Company has informed that the shareholders of the Company have approved by way of special resolution passed through Postal Ballot (e-voting) the voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from The BSE, the only Stock Exchange where the equity shares of the Company are listed in compliance with the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the Companies (Management & Administration) Rules, 2014 & Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time (hereinafter called the ‘Delisting Regulations’). The result of the Postal Ballot dated 30.12.2020 will be published on 31.12.2020 in the same newspapers in which the advertisement regarding completion of the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 26/11/2020 to the eligible shareholders of the Company was made.
