Rane Engine Valve has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 19, 2012, has approved the appointment Krishna Kumar Seshadri as an additional director with effect from October 19, 2012 and Krishna Kumar would be an independent director on the board of the company and will hold office until the conclusion of the next annual general meeting.
Further, the board of directors has decided to voluntarily delist the equity shares of the company from Madras Stock Exchange Limited (MSE) in terms of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Securities) Regulations, 2009.
