Sonali Rastogi has confirmed that there are no other material reasons other than those stated. The Board of Directors have noted the same and accepted the resignation of Sonali Rastogi, with effect from December 31, 2020. The Board places on record its appreciation for the assistance and guidance provided by Sonali Rastogi, during her tenure as an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company.
