Sky Industries has certified that as per the Certificate furnished by Link Intime India, Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) of the company, as required under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, no demat request has been received during quarter ended December 31, 2020. Accordingly, information with respect to dematerialization of shares was not required to be furnished by RTA, to Depositories and Stock Exchange where the shares of the Company are listed.
