Schrader Duncan’s wholly owned subsidiary - Associated Polymers has entered into an memorandum of understanding (MOU) for sale of land located at Tarapur MIDC. Besides, Associated Polymers has also filed the application in the court for merger with the company.
The company is an Indo-American joint venture with Schrader Bridgeport International Inc, USA which is a part of Tomkins, UK, and a global major with sales of over $4 billion. Originally incorporated as Schrader Scovill Duncan in 1961, the company is a pioneer in the Tyre tube valves and Pneumatic products in India.
