Approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2020 pursuant to Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. A Copy of said Unaudited Financial Results and Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditor of the Company is attached herewith. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 03.00 PM, concluded at 8.35 PM. The Company declared that other than the concluding time of Board Meeting which is 8.35 PM, there is no other change in the outcome of the Board Meeting which was published on website on 13th January, 2021.
