Further, the company has already closed the trading window for the Insiders covered under the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor & Report Trading by Insiders with effective from 29.12.2020 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of Company in accordance with SEBI (PIT) Reg. 2015 in Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 Dated April 02, 2019.
