Trans Asia Corporation has informed that as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2018, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from Friday, 1st January, 2021 until 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December, 2020.
