Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) has sold 1,163,688 shares of Welspun Syntex in an open market transaction on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). The shares were sold at Rs 10.50 per piece valuing the deal at around Rs 1.22 crore.
Welspun Syntex, a Welspun Group company is one of the largest exporters of polyster texturised filament yarn from India. Additionally, the company is the leading manufacturer of specialty polyester filament yarn from India.
