Kewal Kiran Clothing has received approval from board of directors for incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The incorporation of the wholly owned subsidiary will leverage the growth opportunities in the evolving retail space and will help the company in becoming more agile and customer-focused. The board of directors at their meeting held on January 22, 2021 approved the same.
Kewal Kiran Clothing, incorporated in 1981, is amongst the few large branded apparel manufacturers in India. The company with sales in Asia, Middle East and CIS, designs, manufactures and markets branded jeans, semi-formal and casual wear for men.
