Mahindra Lifespace Developers has reported results for third quarter ended December 31, 2020.
The company has reported net loss of Rs 18.48 crore for the quarter under review against net loss of Rs 12.23 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 16.34% at Rs 42.15 crore for Q3FY21 as compared Rs 50.38 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On the consolidated basis, the company has reported net loss attributed to the owners at Rs 11.19 crore for the quarter under review against net profit of Rs 1.81 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company decreased by 17.42% at Rs 70.19 crore for Q3FY21 as compared Rs 85 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
