Tejas Networks, Affle and INOX Leisure to see some action today

Tejas Networks has signed a multi-year contract with Asia Consultancy Group (ACG), a leading independent private company providing Telecommunications infrastructure, managed & engineering services across Afghanistan. ACG with its headquarters in USA, is a full life-cycle managed network service provider in Afghanistan for last many years. As part of this contract, Tejas will supply its state of the art 100G-600G capable DWDM/OTN and PTN products to establish a high-capacity national backbone and packet access network in Afghanistan.

Affle (India) through its wholly-owned step down subsidiary Affle MEA FZ-LLC (AMEA) (subsidiary of Affle International Pte.) has entered into a definitive Business Transfer Agreement to acquire the Business Assets of Discover Tech (registered in Israel). As part of the deal, Business Assets including the technology platform, brand name, intellectual property rights, business relationships and technical information of Discover Tech will be acquired by AMEA (Business Transfer).

INOX Leisure has commenced the commercial operations of Cinema, taken on Leave & License basis, located at INOX Leisure, 3rd Floor, R Mall, Ghodbunder Road, Dhokali, Thane (West) with effect from January 26, 2021. The said Cinema has 4 screens and 240 seats.

Agro Tech Foods has successfully restarted its commercial production and operations at its plant situated at Devikhera Road, Akrampur Industrial Area, Akrampur, Unnao, U.P. This plant produces Tortilla Chips, Ready to Eat Popcorn, Extruded Snacks and Centre filled Cereal Snacks etc.

Sangam Renewables has bagged multiple orders for executing solar power project with a combined capacity of 18.40 MWdc on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract basis by signing term sheet and receipt of LoA from customers, which will be executed over a period of next 12 months, subject to receipt of Regulatory and other Statutory Approvals as may be applicable.

Kiri Industries has started the first phase of commercial production of Specialty Intermediates at plant located at Vadodara from January 25, 2021. The combined installed capacity of the first phase of the new plant is 6000 MTPA, which shall add several new products in Dyes Intermediates & Specialty Chemicals sector with incremental revenue of about Rs 300 crore considering full capacity utilization progressively in the next few months and considering current price levels in the market.

Jonjua Overseas  has signed memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Sofiges Real Estate SA, Cameroon for Phase 2 of the upcoming modern integrated township project 'Grace Town' . The company had successfully completed its assignment in Phase 1 of the project.
