Shetron has informed that the Board of Directors of the company at its Meeting held on 05th February 2021, through Video Conferencing, which commenced at 12.30 pm and concluded at 13:55 pm has, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, considered and approved the un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020 in compliance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and copy of un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020 along with the Limited Review Report are enclosed. This is in compliance with Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
