Godfrey Phillips gains on getting nod to winding up of wholly owned subsidiary

Godfrey Phillips is currently trading at Rs. 923.95, up by 1.05 points or 0.11% from its previous closing of Rs. 922.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 940.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 940.00 and Rs. 919.90 respectively. So far 1725 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1408.40 on 14-Feb-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 732.40 on 24-Mar-2020.

Godfrey Phillips India’s board has approved the voluntary winding up of its wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) Flavors & More Inc. based in US. The procedural forrnalities relating to voluntary winding up of the subsidiary will be done in due course of time. The Board of Directors in its meeting held on February 13, 2021 has approved the same.
