The Board of Directors of the Bank has taken note of the aforesaid letter and his resignation on February 19, 2021 and has appreciated his valuable contribution to the Board and to the Bank. A copy of the aforesaid letter is enclosed herewith wherein he has mentioned that he is resigning due to personal reasons. He has also confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation other than those stated in his resignation letter.
