Servotech Industries has informed that in compliance with Regulation 30(6) read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and clause 7 of Annexure I of SEBI Circular no.CIR/CFD/4/2015 dated 09th September, 2015, the Company has duly received the Resignation Letter from Sweety Bajpai, Company Secretary, resigning from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance officer due to her other commitments. Further, the said resignation letter was duly received on 27/02/2021 by hand delivery and is effective from 26/03/2021.
