Vipul has entered into an agreement to disinvest its 51% stake in Vipul Lavanya Developers, a subsidiary of the Company. Upon completion of the transaction, Vipul Lavanya Developers will cease to be subsidiary of the Company. The company has received consideration from such sale/ disposal is Rs 22,185,000.
Vipul is engaged in the construction of Integrated Townships, Villas and Commercial Projects.
