Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report of trading by insiders, the trading window for dealing in shares for the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives, remains closed from Tuesday, March 09, 2021 to Wednesday, March 17, 2021.
